摘要
目的:观察中药联合穴位贴敷治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的临床治疗效果。方法:选取新余市中医院医院2019年11月至2020年11月门诊及住院部患者,符合气滞血瘀型痛经诊断患者共80例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各40例,对照组口服膈下逐瘀汤,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合使用中药敷贴治疗,两组均经前1周开始治疗,月经来潮后停止,治疗3个月经周期。通过对比两组治疗前后VAS评分、中医证候积分及痛经持续时间来观察此次研究的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后相关评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分、中医证候积分、痛经持续时间评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合穴位贴敷治疗气滞血瘀型痛经疗效更佳,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application on dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 80 patients in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into a control group and a treatment group,each with 40 cases.The control group took Gexia Zhuyu decoction orally,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Both groups started treatment one week before,stop after menstrual cramps,treat for 3 menstrual cycles.The treatment effect of this study was observed by comparing the VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores and duration of dysmenorrhea between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the relevant scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score,TCM syndrome score,and dysmenorrhea duration scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application is more effective in treating dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and it is worthy of clinical application.
