摘要
文章旨在评估不同处理方法对青贮高粱发酵品质、体外消化及甲烷排放的影响。试验将收割的全珠高粱切割成2 cm,随机分为4个处理。对照组高粱青贮过程中不添加任何添加剂,T1~T3组高粱在青贮过程中分别加入0.1 mg/g纤维素酶,105CFU/g植物乳杆菌及0.1 mg/kg纤维素酶+105CFU/g植物乳杆菌,发酵30 d后进行相关指标测定。结果:与对照组相比,T2和T3组青贮高粱中乳酸菌数量分别显著提高8.96%和9.70%(P<0.05),但T1~T3组青贮高粱中大肠杆菌数量较对照组分别显著降低77.78%、72.22%和77.78%(P<0.05)。T3组青贮高粱中干物质含量较对照组显著提高8.33%(P<0.05),而T2和T3组青贮高粱中粗蛋白质含量较对照组显著提高17.12%和18.04%(P<0.05)。T2和T3组青贮高粱的pH显著低于对照组和T1组(P<0.05),而T2组青贮高粱乳酸含量较对照组和T1组分别显著提高了9.71%和15.06%(P<0.05)。T2和T3组青贮高粱乙酸含量较T1组分别显著提高64.16%和72.60%(P<0.05)。甲烷排放量以L/kg干物质表示时,对照组和T1组显著高于T2和T3组(P<0.05),而当以L/kg有机物表示时,对照组显著高于T2和T3组(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,添加0.1 mg/kg纤维素酶+105CFU/g植物乳杆菌可改善青贮高粱的发酵品质,降低体外甲烷排放量。
The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of different treatments on fermentation quality,in vitro digestion and methane emission of silage sorghum.The whole sorghum harvested was cut into 2 cm and randomly divided into 4 treatments.The control group did not add any additives in the silage process of sorghum,while groups T1~T3 were added 0.1 mg/g cellulase,105CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum and 0.1 mg/kg cellulase+105CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum in the silage process,respectively.After 30 days of fermentation,the relevant indexes were measured.Results:Compared with the control group,the number of lactic acid bacteria in silage sorghum in groups T2 and T3 was significantly increased by 8.96%and 9.70%(P<0.05),respectively,but the number of Escherichia coli in silage sorghum in groups T1~T3 was significantly decreased by 77.78%,72.22%and 77.78%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the dry matter content in silage sorghum in T3 group was significantly increased by 8.33%(P<0.05),while the crude protein content in silage sorghum in T2 and T3 groups was significantly increased by 17.12%and 18.04%(P<0.05).The pH value of silage sorghum in groups T2 and T3 was significantly lower than that in control group and T1 group(P<0.05),while the lactic acid content of silage sorghum in group T2 was significantly increased by 9.71%and 15.06%compared with that in control group and T1 group(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with T1 group,acetic acid content in silage sorghum in T2 and T3 groups was significantly increased by 64.16%and 72.60%(P<0.05),respectively.Methane emission in control group and T1 group was significantly higher than that in T2 and T3 groups when expressed by L/kg dry matter(P<0.05),while that in control group was significantly higher than that in T2 and T3 groups when expressed by L/kg organic matter(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under the conditions of this experiment,adding 0.1 mg/kg cellulase+105CFU/g Lactobacillus plantilla can improve the fermentation quality of silage sorghum and reduce metha
