摘要
2015年7月31日,北京携手张家口取得了2022年冬季奥运会的举办权,该文通过文献资料法、数据统计法分析制约辽宁省中小学冰球运动发展的因素:大众认知较低、气候因素、场地不足、师资力量不足、家长担忧的安全性因素、学训矛盾和缺少相应的竞赛环境。并提出建议:营造冰球文化氛围激发学生内在动力;项目移植,开发训练方式及教师资源;政校企合作,加强基础设施建设;训练模块化设计,提升训练效果。激励学校发挥自身主观能动性,解决可能出现的问题,培养冰球后备人才。
On July 31,2015,Beijing and Zhangjiakou won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympics.This paper analyzes the reasons for restricting the developement of ice hockey in primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province through the method of literature and statistics:low public awareness,climatic factors,insufficient venues,insufficient teachers,parents worried about the safety factors,conflicts in learning and training and lack of a corresponding competition environment.And put forward suggestions:creating an atmosphere of ice hockey culture inspires students to be internally motivated;project transplantation,development of training methods and teacher resources;government,schools and enterprises to cooperate and strengthen infrastructure construction;training modular design to improve training results.Encourage schools to play their own subjective initiative,solve possible problems,and train hockey reserve talents.
