摘要
散打运动日新月异,训练方式也各不相同,不同的训练方式给散打运动员带来了不同程度的运动损伤。运动损伤不但会影响到运动训练的系统性,还会导致运动员心理及生理产生一定的压力。该文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、观察法等对不同原因引起的散打运动员产生的运动损伤情况展开分析,并针对产生运动损伤的原因提出相应的建议和预防措施用以完善散打运动训练,尽量避免在训练过程中出现的运动损伤。
Sanda is changing with each passing day,and the training methods are also different.Different training methods also bring different degrees of sports injury to Sanda athletes.Sports injury will not only affect the systematicness of sports training,but also lead to psychological and physiological stress of athletes.Through the methods of literature,logical analysis and observation,this paper analyzes the sports injuries of Sanda athletes caused by different reasons,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and preventive measures for the causes of sports injuries,so as to improve Sanda training and avoid sports injuries in the process of training as far as possible.
