摘要
目的调查维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为现状并探讨其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样,选取2016年10月—2017年10月在成都市4所三级甲等医院进行维持性血液透析的患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、血液透析患者自我管理量表、血液透析患者知识水平问卷、Herth希望量表、多维度健康心理控制源量表、慢性病资源量表对患者进行调查。结果共发放问卷360份,回收有效问卷343份。患者自我管理行为总分平均为(54.87±9.65)分。多重逐步线性回归结果显示:性别、年龄、民族、家庭人均月收入、慢性病资源利用、知识水平、内部控制源是患者自我管理行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为处于中等水平。医护人员可通过提高患者知识、内部心理控制源水平,协助患者充分利用慢性病资源等方法改善维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-management behaviors among maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were recruited from4 tertiary hospitals in Chengdu from October 2016 to October 2017. Convenient sampling method was used to select patients. The instruments used in the study included General Information Questionnaire, Hemodialysis Self-management Instrument, Hemodialysis-related Knowledge Questionnaire, Herth Hope Index, Multidimensional Health Locus of Control Scale, and Chronic Illness Resources Survey. Results A total of 360 patients were investigated, and 343 patients were finally included. The mean score of self-management behavior was 54.87±9.65. The results of multiple linear stepwise regression showed that gender, age, ethnic, monthly family income, chronic illness resources, knowledge and internal health locus of control were the significant influencing factors of self-management behaviors(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-management behavior among patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis can be promoted by improving the level of knowledge and internal health locus of control, and making effective use of chronic illness resources.
