摘要
目前,国内绝大多数城市的小区、校园、写字楼的生活垃圾收集还只能遵循“粗放分类、个人自觉”,且收集设备以低成本的大容量垃圾桶为主。为了借鉴国外发达地区普遍采用的“精细分类、制度约束”的管理模式,本文基于“情感化”理念,提出了一种新的城市生活垃圾收集产品设计方案—“省心投”。新设计方案不仅符合我国国情,而且对推动我国智慧环卫、智慧城市建设具有示范效应。
At present,the collection of household garbage in residential areas,campuses and office buildings in most cities in China can only follow the principle of"extensive classification and personal consciousness",and the collection equipment is mainly low-cost large-capacity garbage cans.In order to learn from the management mode of"fine classification and institutional constraint"commonly adopted in developed regions abroad,Based on the concept of"emotionalization",this paper proposes a new urban household garbage collection product design scheme-"SMARTO".The new design not only accords with the national conditions of our country,but also has demonstrative effect on promoting the construction of smart sanitation and smart city in our country.
