摘要 为实现综采工作面智能开采,建设智慧矿山,高河矿在综采工作面应用先进数字化控制技术,建设实时工业以太网络通讯平台和自动化集中控制系统,综采工作面液压支架、大型采煤机、刮板输送机操作运行"一键启动",实现自动控制为主、远程干预为辅的自动化生产模式,提升综采工作面生产过程自动化控制功能,达到矿井减人提效、安全生产的发展理念,最终实现工作面"无人化"开采的目的。 In order to realize intelligent mining of fully-mechanized mining face and construct wisdom coal mine, Gaohe Coal Mine applies advanced digital control technology in fully-mechanized mining face, constructs real-time industrial Ethernet network communication platform and automatic centralized control system, and "one-button start"operation of hydraulic support, large shearer and scraper conveyor in fully-mechanized mining face. The automatic production mode with automatic control as the main and remote intervention as the auxiliary is realized, and the automatic control function of the production process of fully-mechanized mining face is improved, so as to achieve the development concept of reducing personnel and improving efficiency and safe production, and finally realized the purpose of "unmanned"mining of the working face.
