摘要 根据卧式离心浇注的特点,建立了离心轧辊外层凝固速度的理论数学模型,通过Procast软件模拟在不同灰铁冷型壁厚条件下,外层铁水凝固速度与冷型壁厚的关系,确定了最佳冷型壁厚。 According to the characteristics of horizontal centrifugal casting,the theoretical mathematical model of solidification speed of outer layer of centrifugal roller has been established.The relationship between solidification speed of outer layer of molten iron and wall thickness of cold mold has been simulated by Procast software under different conditions of wall thicknesses of gray iron cold mold,and the optimal wall thickness of cold mold has been determined.
