摘要
为满足工业化生产过程中对精度、质量、自动化程度高的要求,尤其是实现降低全自动弯管生产线控制系统成本的需求,对全自动弯管生产线的控制系统进行设计。首先对全自动弯管生产线控制系统进行总体设计,构建生产线控制系统的整体架构。其次,采用以STM32F407芯片为核心运动控制器进行伺服控制,使用Keil 5软件完成了伺服控制程序开发。使用北京昆仑通泰公司MCGS触摸屏作为控制系统人机界面实现人机交互,并完成了MCGS触摸屏的开发和程序设计。为实现生产线设备间数据的高速、稳定传输,采用MODBUS TCP协议构建生产线各设备间的通信,实现了生产线各个设备间的可靠通信。最后进行了全自动弯管生产线上位机与下位机的联合调试。试验显示,所设计的控制系统能够实现弯管机的自动弯管控制。
In order to meet the requirements of high precision,quality and automation in the industrialized production process,especially to reduce the cost of the control system of the automatic pipe bending production line,this paper designs the control system of the automatic pipe bending production line.First of all,the overall design of the control system of the automatic pipe bending production line is carried out,and the overall structure of the production line control system is constructed.Secondly,a motion controller with STM32F407 chip as the core is used for servo control,and Keil 5 software is used to complete the servo control program development.The MCGS touch screen of Beijing Kunlun Tongtai Company is used as the man-machine interface of the control system to realize man-machine interaction,and the development and programming of the MCGS touch screen are completed.In order to realize the high-speed and stable transmission of data between the production line equipment,the MODBUS TCP protocol is used to construct the communication construction between the production line equipment,and the reliable communication between the production line equipment is realized.Finally,the joint debugging of the position machine and the lower machine on the automatic pipe bending production line is carried out.The test shows that the designed control system can realize the automatic pipe bending control of the pipe bending machine.
