摘要 随着雄安新区的设立,资源环境禀赋不足的大清河流域将面临更加强烈的开发需求,保护形势紧迫严峻。根据大清河流域战略定位确定生态定位,结合空间要素的景观格局,将大清河流域划分为太行山水源涵养生态区、山前过渡带城市生态区、白洋淀国家湿地公园区、文安洼森林湿地生态区与滨海交错带湿地生态区5个生态分区,并在不同的生态分区内识别生态源斑块,构建了“五区七源三轴”的大清河流域生态适度恢复的安全格局,为大清河流域生态廊道建设提供了科学支撑。 Along with the establishment of the Xiong’an New Area,the Daqing River Basin,which is vulnerable to resource and environmental degradation,shall face high demand for the development and urgent needs for protection.According to the strategic positioning of the basin and landscape pattern of spatial elements,the Daqing River Basin is divided into five ecological zones:Taihang Mountain water conservation area,urban piedmont transition belt,Baiyang Lake National Wetland Park,Wen’anwa forests and wetlands and coastal ecotone wetland.Ecological source patches are identified in different ecological zones.A framework for water security called“five regions,seven sources and three axes”is created for ecological restoration of the Daqing River Basin,so as to provide scientific support for the construction of the ecological corridors in the basin.
