摘要
使用维修费用偏高是公务车辆长期存在的问题之一,本文就这一问题从人员、管理、环境、利益等角度对成因进行简要分析,借鉴社会企业公务车辆使用的一些策略,就国有林场公车管理的优化途径提出几点建设,以期为林业类事业单位公车改革提供有益借鉴。
The high maintenance cost is one of the long-standing problems of official vehicles.This article briefly analyzes the causes of this problem from the perspectives of personnel,management,environment,and benefits,and learns from some strategies used by social enterprises in the use of official vehicles.Several constructions have been proposed for the optimization of forest farm bus management,to provide a useful reference for the bus reform of forestry public institutions.
