新的/严重的药品不良反应70例报告分析 被引量:2

Analysis of 70 new/serious adverse drug reaction reports

摘要 目的 分析医院新的/严重的药品不良反应(ADR)的特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法 从国家药品不良反应监测系统筛选2009-2019年首都医科大学密云教学医院上报的新的/严重的ADR数据,将患者年龄、性别、怀疑药品信息、ADR发生过程的详细信息进行统计分析。结果 70例报告中新的一般ADR 28例(40.00%),严重的ADR 41例(58.57%),新的严重ADR 1例(1.43%);≥65岁26例,占37.14%;药品剂型以注射剂为主,给药途径以静脉滴注为主;主要涉及抗感染药物、心血管系统和中枢神经系统药物等广泛品种;ADR累及系统/器官最多的是全身性损害,其次为皮肤及其附件损害、胃肠系统损害;用药后30 min内发生ADR比例最高;绝大多数ADR经停药或治疗处理后可痊愈或好转。结论 ADR发生与患者年龄、给药途径、药品种类相关,建议加强新的/严重的ADR监测及预警,促进临床安全用药。 Objective Analyze the characteristics of new/serious ADR in our hospital to provide reference for clinical safe medication.Methods Screen new/serious ADR data reported by Miyun Teaching Hospital,Capital Medical University,from 2009 to 2019 from the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System,and statistically analyze the age,gender,suspected drug information,and detailed information about the process of ADR.Results Among the 70 reports,28 were new general ADR(40.00%),41 were severe ADR(58.57%),1 was new severe ADR(1.43%);26 were≥65 years old,accounting for 37.14%;the drug dosage form was mainly injection,the main route of administration is intravenous drip;it mainly involves a wide variety of anti-infective drugs,cardiovascular system and central nervous system drugs;ADR involves the most systemic/organ damage,systemic damage,followed by skin and accessory damage,gastrointestinal damage;the highest proportion of ADR occurred within 30 minutes after medication;the vast majority of ADR can be cured or improved after withdrawal or treatment.Conclusion The occurrence of ADR is related to the patient's age,route of administration,and type of drug.It is recommended to strengthen new/serious ADR monitoring and early warning to promote clinical safe medication.
