摘要
对4Cr4Mo2Ni1V模具钢进行不同温度的淬火和回火试验。采用OM、SEM、EDS、硬度测试、冲击试验等方法研究了淬火及回火温度对4Cr4Mo2Ni1V模具钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:1000℃淬火态4Cr4Mo2Ni1V试验钢的组织主要为板条马氏体和少量Cr-Mo-V碳化物,1030℃淬火试验钢中碳化物基本溶解,马氏体组织粗化明显,1000℃为4Cr4Mo2Ni1V试验钢的合适淬火温度。随着回火温度的升高,4Cr4Mo2Ni1V试验钢硬度先略有下降,再升高又显著降低。冲击吸收能量先降低后升高,4Cr4Mo2Ni1V试验钢经过1000℃淬火+560℃回火处理后,综合力学性能匹配最好。
Quenching and tempering tests were carried out on 4Cr4Mo2Ni1V die steel at different temperatures.The effects of quenching and tempering temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4Cr4Mo2Ni1V die steel were studied by OM,SEM,EDS,hardness test and impact test.The results show that the microstructure of the 4Cr4Mo2Ni1V test steel at 1000℃is mainly strip martensite and a small amount of CR-Mo-V carbide.The carbides in the test steel quenched at 1030℃are basically dissolved,the martensite microstructure is obviously coarsened,and 1000℃is the appropriate quenching temperature of the 4Cr4Mo2Ni1V test steel.With the increase of tempering temperature,the hardness of 4Cr4Mo2Ni1V test steel decreases slightly at first,then increases and decreases significantly.After quenching at 1000℃and tempering at 560℃,the comprehensive mechanical properties of 4Cr4Mo2Ni1V test steel are best matched.
