摘要
柔轮是谐波减速器的核心部件,同时也是由于应力集中而最容易失效的部件。针对某型谐波减速器筒形柔轮齿圈局部应力集中问题,对筒形柔轮进行结构优化,并进行有限元分析,对比工作状态下结构优化前长筒柔轮和结构优化后短筒柔轮的等效应力。分析结果表明,通过结构优化,筒形柔轮的轴向长度大大缩小,最大应力值明显减小。对结构优化后的筒形柔轮进行结构参数分析,进而选择最优的结构参数。
The flexspline is the core component of the harmonic reducer,and it is also the most prone to failure due to stress concentration.Aiming at the local stress concentration of the cylindrical flexspline gear ring of a certain type of harmonic reducer,the structure of the cylindrical flexspline was optimized,and finite element analysis was performed to compare the equivalent stress of long tube flexspline before the structural optimization with the equivalent stress of short tube flexspline after the structural optimization when they are in the working state.The analysis results show that through structural optimization,the axial length of the cylindrical flexspline is greatly reduced,and the maximum stress value is significantly reduced.The structural parameters of the optimized cylindrical flexspline were analyzed to select the optimal structural parameters.
