摘要
针对无配电或轨道运输的斜巷,人工清煤泥后运输过程耗时、耗力、功效低等难题,研制了一种适用于斜巷的简易实用的煤泥快速运输装置。分析了该装置的工作原理,介绍了其特点和适用范围。现场应用表明,该快速煤泥运输装置克服了以往斜巷受坡度大、外接电源等因素影响,运行平稳,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the problems of time-consuming, labor-consuming and low efficiency in the transportation process after manual cleaning of slime in inclined roadway without power distribution or rail transportation, a simple and practical slime rapid transportation device suitable for inclined roadway is developed. The working principle of the device is analyzed, and its characteristics and application range are introduced. The field application shows that the rapid slime transportation device overcomes the influence of large slope and external power supply on the previous inclined roadway, and runs smoothly and achieves good results.
