摘要
针对目前对旋式风机全压效率和全压低,工作稳定性差的现状,提出了一种正交组合优化设计方案,对两个叶片在不同安装角组合下的通风特性进行研究,结果表明,当前级叶片安装角为65°,后级叶片安装角为41°的情况下具有最佳的通风性能,此时风机运行的全压比优化前提升了2.9倍,风机运行的全压效率比优化前提升了67.5%,显著提升了运行可靠性。
Aiming at the current situation that the total pressure efficiency and total pressure of counter rotating fan are low and the working stability is poor, an orthogonal combination optimization design scheme is proposed. The ventilation characteristics of two blades under different installation angles are studied. The results show that the installation angle of current stage blade is 65 °,The installation angle of the back stage blade is 41 ° At this time,the total pressure of the fan is 2.9 times higher than that before optimization, and the total pressure efficiency of the fan is 67.5% higher than that before optimization, which significantly improves the operation reliability.
