摘要
给水管网优化设计是一种非线性整数优化问题,如何求出近似最优解一直是人们关注的焦点。鉴于此,提出一种新的给水管网优化设计方法。该方法首先采用最短路径法进行管网布置和流量初步分配,在分时电价机制下,利用经济流速计算公式并结合管段位置及类型初定各管段的经济流速,再由经济流速确定各管段管径的取值范围;然后应用蒙特卡洛法模拟各管段管径,由此生成若干设计方案,分别计算各方案的管网经济性、供水可靠性及水质安全性指标;最后应用理想点法选取最佳方案。通过实例分析表明,该方法优于单目标优化方法,能较好地解决给水管网优化设计非线性、离散性和变量多的难题。
The optimal design of water supply networks is a nonlinear integer optimization problem and how to find the near-optimal solution has been focus of people’s attention. In view of this, a new optimization design method of water supply network was proposed. Firstly, pipe network was arranged and flow was initially distributed by the shortest path method. Under time-of-use price mechanism, according to the positions and types of pipelines, the economic velocity of each pipeline was determined by economic velocity formula, and the value range of pipe diameter of each pipeline was determined by economic velocity. Then the pipe diameter of each pipeline was simulated by Monte Carlo method to generate several design schemes. Then the pipe network economy, water supply reliability and water quality safety index of each solution were calculated. Finally, the optimal solution was selected by the ideal point method. An example showed that this method is superior to the single objective optimization method because it can solve the problem of nonlinear, discreteness and multi-attribute in the optimal design of water distribution networks.
