摘要
现阶段我国80%的医疗资源集中在大城市,而大城市核心的医疗资源又集中在中心城区。以北京市为例,由于前往北京就诊患者人数一直保持增长趋势,各大重点医院周边就诊高峰期的拥堵问题日益严重,道路通行能力较低,直接影响区域的交通秩序,亟需进行有针对性地分析研究、综合治理,并加以改善。结合北京朝阳医院周边道路现状交通组织、周边路网分布情况,对朝阳医院周边道路交通拥堵情况加以分析,并遵循"一院一策、以人为本、统筹兼顾"的设计原则,结合医院的实际,提出可行的改造设计方案,以期为类似工程提供参考。
At present, 80% of China’s medical resources are concentrated in big cities, and the core medical resources of big cities are concentrated in central urban. Taking Beijing as an example, with the increasing number of patients going to Beijing, the traffic jam around major key hospitals during the treatment peak are becoming more and more serious, and the lower road capacity has directly affected the regional traffic order. It is urgent to targeted analyze and research, comprehensively treat and improve the traffic. Combined with the current traffic organization and distribution around Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, this paper analyzes the traffic congestion, follows the design principle of "one hospital adopts one policy, people-oriented and overall consideration", and puts forward a feasible reconstruction design scheme according to the actual situation. It is expected to provide reference for similar pro-jects.
