摘要
目的观察益肾强骨合剂治疗肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的临床研究。方法将我院脊柱骨科180例肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各90例对照组给予单纯口服碳酸钙D3片,治疗组给予口服益肾强骨合剂联合碳酸钙D3片治疗。比较两组患者总有效率、中医证候积分、骨密度值、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及骨标记物指标水平。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、骨密度值、VAS评分及骨标记物指标均较前明显改善且治疗组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论益肾强骨合剂联合钙尔奇治疗能够改善中老年肾阳虚型骨质疏松症症状提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Qianggu Mixture in treatment of osteoporosis with kidneyyang deficiency.Methods 180 cases of renal impotence osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group,90 cases each.Control group was given oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and treatment group was given Yishen Qianggu Mixture on the basis of control group.The total efficiency,TCM proof integral,bone density value,Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and bone marker index were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.01);after treatment,TCM evidence integrals,bone density values,VAS scores and bone markers of both groups were significantly improved compared to the previous,and the improvement of treatment group was more significant compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Qianggu Mixture combined with calcium carbonate D3 tablets can better improve the symptoms of osteoporosis with kidney-yang deficiency in middle-aged and elderly patients and improve their quality of life.
