摘要
采用专家问卷调研,基于上海市海洋无人系统智能装备产业发展现状分析及需求分析,开展上海市海洋无人系统智能装备关键技术创新平台体系建设研究。通过研究得出,上海市海洋无人系统智能装备关键技术创新平台体系的建设应充分整合相关行业的领先技术、专家资源,聚焦智能船舶、无人水面艇和无人潜航器等自主船舶/自主航行装备重大关键技术突破,探索新机制,致力于构建创新链、产业链、人才链和政策链等相互融合的开放式创新生态系统。
Based on the analysis of industrial development status and the demand analysis of intelligent equipment of maritime unmanned system in Shanghai,the research on the construction of innovation platform system for key technologies of intelligent equipment of maritime unmanned system in Shanghai with the expert investigation method is carried out.Through the research,it is concluded that the construction of innovation platform system for key technologies of intelligent equipment of maritime unmanned system in Shanghai should fully integrate the leading technology and expert resources of relative industries,focus on major breakthroughs in key technologies of autonomous ships or equipment,such as smart ships,unmanned surface vehicles and unmanned underwater vehicles,and explore new mechanisms,so as to build an open innovation ecosystem by integrating the innovation chain,industry chain,talent chain and policy chain.
