摘要
建设中国特色社会主义法治体系是党中央提出的深刻理论与概念创新。在建设中国特色社会主义法治体系的道路上,从历史维度对人类五大法治体系进行考察是“以史明鉴”的重要路径。回顾与考察五大政治体系的历史,并剖析各自的优势与局限,以期达到完善当今法治体系建设蓝图之构绘,培植法治土壤与弘扬法治精神的目的。
Building a socialist rule of legal system with Chinese characteristics is a profound theory and a conceptual innovation put forward by the Party Central Committee.On the road of building the socialist rule of legal system with Chinese characteristics,the important path is to“learn from history”when we examine the five major rules of legal system of mankind from a historical perspective.Through reviewing and investigating the history,and analyzing the respective advantages and limitations of the five rules of legal system,we hope to achieve the goal of perfecting the blueprint for the current rule of legal system,cultivating the soil for the rule of law and promoting the spirit of the rule of law.
