摘要
目的:分析他克莫司血药浓度的影响因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以现有国内外科研资料为基础进行分析归纳总结。结果:他克莫司血药浓度与患者年龄、性别、病理生理状态、联合用药、CYP3A4等基因的多态性有关。结论:建议临床应用他克莫司时,根据患者实际情况,结合临床实践、基因多态性、血药浓度,实施个体化精准用药,以保证合理用药的安全性和有效性。
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of plasma concentration of tacrolimus,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:This paper analyzed and summarized based on the existing domestic and foreign scientific research data.Results:The plasma concentration of tacrolimus was correlated with the patient's age,gender,pathophysiological status,combined medication and CYP3A4 gene polymorphism.Conclusion:It is suggested that in the clinical application of tacrolimus,individualized and accurate medication should be implemented according to the actual situation of patients,combined with the clinical practice,gene polymorphism,plasma concentration,so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of rational medication.
