摘要
有机乳制品作为经过食品专业机构认证的有机食品,从牧草到成品的各个环节都有严格的监管和把控,已成为高端乳制品最具代表性的品类,总体市场规模呈现不断增长趋势,但对于中国而言,有机乳制品生产和市场开发目前正处于发展阶段,消费者在购买过程中存在着诸多问题.本文以美国顾客满意度指数模型(ACSI)为基础,构建了有机乳制品的顾客满意度测评体系,并对收集的有效调查数据进行因子分析、重要性-四分图分析,从中确定影响有机乳制品顾客满意度的关键因素,为提升有机乳制品顾客满意度提出了相关建议,以促进我国有机乳制品良性发展,为消费者打造健康、绿色的消费环境.
Organic dairy products,as organic foods certified by professional food organizations,have been strictly supervised and controlled in all aspects from forage to finished products.They have become the most representative category of high-end dairy products.The overall market size is showing a growing trend.But in China,the production and market development of organic dairy products are currently still in the early development stage,and there are many problems in the process of purchasing.Based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI)model,this paper constructs a customer satisfaction evaluation system of organic dairy products,conducts factor analysis and four quadrant matrix of importance analysis on the valid survey data collected to determine the key factors influencing the customer satisfaction of organic dairy products,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving customer satisfaction with organic dairy products.It is hoped that this system will contribute to promoting the healthy development of organic dairy products in China and creating a healthy and green consumption environment for consumers.
