摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法。本研究从学校环境,教学资源以及游泳运动员为切入点,通过构建评价指标体系模型分析,希望能够进一步优化资源设置,提升广东省高校游泳队竞争力。结论:(1)通过分析目标层高校游泳队竞争力是各级指标共同作用的结果,逐步分析影响游泳队竞争力的各级指标因素,以期深入分析广东省高校游泳队竞技水平,指导广东省生高校游泳队的开展。(2)根据本研究构建高校游泳队竞争力指标体系模型的权重,将来有助高校游泳队的全面建设以及科学训练、后备人才储备、参加比赛、场馆设施建设等,作为指导与参考。(3)评价指标体系模型中权重系数从大到小依次是运动员情况因素权重为0.3614、学校环境因素权重为0.3101、教学训练因素权重为0.1698、运动成绩因素权重为0.1587。高校应该重视这些因素,从而提高游泳队的竞技能力,为高校游泳队在今后的比赛中取得优异成绩做好充分准备。
By using literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics methods,this paper takes the school environment,teaching resources and swimmers as the starting points.By constructing an evaluation index system model analysis,it is hoped that the resource settings can be further optimized to enhance the competitiveness of Guangdong college swimming teams.Conclusions:(1)By analyzing the competitiveness of the college swimming teams at the target level as a result of the joint action of various indicators,the paper gradually analyzes the factors affecting the competitiveness of the swimming team at all levels,with a view to in-depth analysis of the competition level of the college swimming team in Guangdong Province,to guide the launch of college swimming.(2)The weight of constructing the competitive index system model of college swimming teams based on this research will help the overall construction of college swimming teams,scientific training,reserve talent reserve,participation in competitions,venue facilities construction and so on in the future,as guidance and reference.(3)In the evaluation index system model,the weight coefficients from large to small are:the weight of athletes’situation factors is 0.3614,the weight of school environment factors is 0.3101,the weight of teaching and training factors is 0.1698,and the weight of sports performance factors is 0.1587.Colleges and universities should pay attention to these factors,so as to improve the competitive ability of swimming teams and make full preparations for their excellent results in the future competitions.
