摘要
近年来,社会经济发展水平不断提高,中心城市宜居问题日益受到社会的广泛关注。本文以2014—2018年间25个中心城市面板数据为依据,构建了经济因素、文化因素、社会综合因素、生态环境因素4个方面下的11项二级指标的宜居性城市评价体系,运用因子分析的方法来建立城市宜居性问题的综合评分,给出中心城市宜居性排名,并基于面板数据进行纵横向分析,对中心城市宜居性水平的评价给予一定的参考价值。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of social and economic development,the livability of central cities has attracted more and more attention.Based on the panel data of 25 central cities from 2014 to 2018,this paper constructs a livable city evaluation system of 11 secondary indicators under four aspects:economic factors,cultural factors,comprehensive social factors and ecological environment factors,uses the method of factor analysis to establish a comprehensive score of urban livability problems and give the livable ranking of central cities;Based on the panel data,the vertical and horizontal analysis is carried out to give a certain reference value to the evaluation of the livability level of central cities.
