摘要
目的调查分析手术室护士血源性病原体职业接触知信行水平现况。方法2020年3—5月选取信阳市中心医院手术室护士60名作为调查对象,通过调查问卷了解其血源性病原体职业接触知信行现况。结果手术室护士血源性病原体职业接触知识正确率为75.56%,处于中等水平;血源性病原体职业接触态度问卷正确率为91.67%,处于高水平;血源性病原体职业接触行为回答正确率为67.71%,处于中等偏下水平。结论手术室护士血源性病原体职业接触知信行现况仍有不足之处,主要在知识与行为方面缺乏,需针对性干预。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current status of operating room nurses’knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)regarding occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens.Methods From March to May 2020,60 nurses in the operating room in Xinyang Central Hospital were selected as the survey subjects,and the current status of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens KAP was obtained through questionnaires.Results The accuracy rate of operating room nurses’occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens was 75.56%,which was at an intermediate level.The accuracy rate of the operating room nurses’occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens questionnaire was 91.67%,which was at a high level.The correct answer rate of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens was 67.71%,which was in the lower middle level.Conclusion There are still some shortcomings in the KAP status of nurses’occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens in the operating room,mainly in terms of knowledge and behavior,and targeted intervention is needed.
