摘要
目的分析PICC与植入式静脉输液港在肺癌患者化疗中的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2017年4月—2020年6月期间该院心胸外科的80例肺癌化疗患者进行观察,按照抛硬币结果将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组使用PICC置管(中心静脉置管),观察组使用VPA置管(植入式静脉输液港),对比两组的置管时间、并发症和生活质量。结果观察组置管时间(7.1±0.4)个月,低于对照组的(11.4±1.1)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率是5.0%(2例),低于对照组的22.5%(9例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体质量、角色功能、社会功能以及情感功能评分分别是(68.4±4.5)分、(70.5±3.6)分、(71.7±3.7)分、(69.8±4.2)分,数据较之对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PICC与植入式静脉输液港相比,在肺癌患者化疗中的应用,后者在置管时间、并发症等方面均具有优势,而且有利于改善患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of PICC and implantable intravenous infusion port in chemotherapy of lung cancer patients.Methods A random selection of 80 patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the hospital from April 2017 to June 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the coin flipping results.The control group used PICC catheters(center Intravenous catheterization),the observation group used VPA catheterization(implantable intravenous infusion port),and the catheterization time,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The catheterization time in the observation group was(7.1±0.4)months,which was lower than that of the control group(11.4±1.1)months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was 5.0%(2 cases),which was lower than the control group 22.5%(9 cases),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's body mass,role function,social function,and emotional function scores were(68.4±4.5)points,(70.5±3.6)points,(71.7±3.7)points,(69.8±4.2)points,the data was significantly different than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with implantable intravenous infusion ports,PICC has advantages in chemotherapy of lung cancer patients.The latter has advantages in catheterization time and complications,and it is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients.
