摘要
为确保多排顶管在地下水压大的地层可以直线顶进,以海口市美兰机场二期扩建场外排水工程为研究背景,通过有限元分析软件建立3孔平行顶管的三维数值模型,确定3孔顶管最优顶进施工顺序;以施工工艺为指导施工方案,确定了多排顶管直线顶进技术;根据现场实测数据,分析了中心及高程偏差与代表监测点处沉降值,验证了施工方案的可行性.结果表明:顶管顶进过程中其高程和中心偏差曲线符合直线顶进规律;顶进结束后最大沉降值发生在轴线位置,各位置横向沉降值变化较小,沉降值在施工要求之内;采用此技术方案能够提高施工效率,减少施工费用,确保工程实现直线顶进.研究结果可为今后类似工程提供借鉴.
In order to ensure that multiple rows of pipe jacking can be jacked in a straight line in the stratum with high underground water pressure,taking the off-site drainage project of Haikou Meilan Airport Extension Phase II as the research background,the three-dimensional numerical model of 3-hole parallel pipe jacking was established,and with finite element analysis software to determine the optimal jacking sequence of 3-hole pipe jacking.With the construction technology as the guidance of the construction scheme,the multi-row pipe jacking straight jacking technology is determined.According to the field measured data,the deviation of the center and the elevation and the settlement value of the representative monitoring point are analyzed,and the feasibility of the construction scheme is verified.The results show that the curve of elevation and center deviation in the process of jacking conforms to the law of linear jacking.At the end of jacking,the maximum settlement value occurred at the axis position,and the transverse settlement value of each position changed little,and the settlement value was within the construction requirements.Adopting this technical scheme can improve the construction efficiency,reduce the construction cost,and ensure the realization of linear jacking.The research results can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
