摘要
对浸没燃烧式气化器烟气分布器进行了模拟计算,结果表明由于速度场和温度场的共同影响,位于烟气分布器总管中间段的各支管内质量流量较低,位于总管前端和末端的各支管内质量流量相对较高。各支管内的质量流量分配不均易形成流动死区,影响流体与水域的换热性能。对此提出了变支管管径的烟气分布器结构,并基于多目标遗传算法,对烟气分布器支管的结构参数进行优化,在不影响流动性能的情况下使得分配给各支管的质量流量趋于相等。由敏感度分析可知,优化目标对位于烟气分布器总管末端的支管结构参数敏感度较大。优化后的烟气分布器结构相比于原始结构,各支管内质量流量的标准差平均降低10.56%,压降平均降低6.17%。
The simulation calculation of the flue gas distributor of the submerged combustion vaporizer shows that the mass flow in the flue gas distributor branch pipe located in the middle section is lower due to the influence of the velocity field and the temperature field,and the mass flow in the gas distributor branch pipe at the head and end is relatively high.The uneven mass flow in each branch tube is likely to form a flow dead zone,which affects the heat transfer performance of the fluid and the water area.In this regard,a flue gas distributor structure with variable branch pipe diameter is proposed.Based on the multi-objective genetic algorithm,the structural parameters of the flue gas distributor are optimized,so that the mass flows of each branch pipetend to be equaland cannot affect the flow performance.According to the sensitivity analysis,the optimization target is more sensitive to the structural parameters of the branch pipe at the end.The standard deviation of the optimizedgas distributor is 10.56% higher than the traditional structure,and the pressure drop is reduced by 6.17% on average.
