船舶柴油机气缸监测系统设计

摘要 视情维修是近年来开始广泛研究的一种维修方法,其立足于故障机理的分析,根据不解体测试的结果,对维修对象出现的潜在故障做出调整、维修和更换。视情维修的前提是加强和完善监测手段,而气缸作为柴油机工作中最重要的部分之一,它的工作状况对整机的性能有着非常大的影响。本文所述的监测系统可以在不影响柴油机正常工作的情况下,实时监测气缸的工作状态,并且将监测到的数据通过分析计算,得到备件实际的使用寿命和更换周期,为其维修保养提供科学的依据。 Condition-based maintenance is a maintenanee method that has been widely studied in recent years.It is based on the analysis of the failure mechanism,and according to the results of the non-disintegration test,the potentiml failures of the msintenance objects are adjusted,repaired and replaced.The premise of condition-based maintenanee is to strengthen and improve the monitoring methods.As one of the most important parts of the diesel engine,its working condition has a great influence on the performance of the whole engine.The monitoring system described in this article can monitor the working status of the cylinder in real time without affecting the normal operation of the diesel engine,and analyze and calculate the monitored data to obtain the actual service life and replacement cycle of spare parts,and provide scientific basis for its maintenance.
