摘要
目的探讨叙事医学在瘢痕手术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月于郑州市第三人民医院接受瘢痕手术的65例患者,以随机数表法分为观察组(33例)、对照组(32例)。对照组患者接受常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上接受叙事医学健康教育。对比两组患者健康知识知晓情况、护理满意度。结果观察组患者健康知识量表各条目得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事医学应用至瘢痕手术患者健康教育中,可提高患者对相关健康知识的认识水平以及护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of narrative medicine in the health education of scar surgery patients.Methods A total of 65 patients who underwent scar surgery at the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases)by random number table.Patients in the control group received regular health education,and the observation group received health education in narrative medicine on the basis of the control group.The health knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of each item and the total score of the health knowledge scale for patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative medicine to the health education of patients with scar surgery could improve patients’awareness of relevant health knowledge and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
