摘要
针对物料黏度大、管道存在较大压力波动等复杂情况,综合称重式灌装机和定容式灌装机的优点,设计一种带有反馈补偿方式的灌装系统,取消料仓结构,使输送管道直接与灌装头连接,通过高速灌装头和补偿灌装头实现快速带压灌装和高精度补偿灌装。系统根据灌装误差自动调整下一节拍灌装补偿量,以保证每个节拍的灌装精度。
In view of the complex situation such as high viscosity of material and presence of large pressure fluctuation in pipeline,a filling system with feedback compensation mode was designed based on the advantages of weighing filling machine and constant volume filling machine.The material bin was cancelled so that the conveying pipeline can be directly connected with the filling machine.Through the high-speed filling head and compensation filling head,fast filling with pressure and high-precision compensation filling can be realized.According to the filling error,the system can automatically adjust the compensation of the next filling,so as to ensure the filling accuracy of each time.
