摘要
糖尿病泌汗异常是糖尿病自主神经病变常见的临床表现之一,高思华教授根据多年临证经验认为本病病机为热郁于内、瘀阻于络、气机升降失调。升降散虽药味简单,然组方精妙,可宣泄郁热、升清降浊、气血同调并举。高思华教授在临床上灵活运用该方治疗糖尿病泌汗异常收效显著。
Abnormal diabetic sweat secretion is one of the common clinical manifestations of diabetic autonomic neuropathy.According to Professor GAO Sihua’s clinical experience for many years,the pathogenesis of the disease is heat depression in the interior,blood stasis in the collaterals,and imbalance of qi movement.Although the medicine of Shengjiang Powder(升降散)is simple,the prescription is exquisite,which can release stagnant heat,promote clearness and reduce turbidity,and regulate blood and qi simultaneously.Professor GAO Sihua applies this prescription flexibly in clinical practice to treat abnormal diabetic sweat secretion,which achieves significant effect.
