摘要
砂石骨料对云母的含量有严格规定,要对机制砂采取有效的云母分选措施。通过风选试验,进行机制砂游离云母风选试验研究,并对风选后成品砂的细度模数调整提出解决措施。结果表明:经风选后,成品砂中游离云母含量<2%,风量越大,成品砂中游离云母含量越小;风选后的成品砂细度模数增大,随着风量的增加,成品砂的细度模数逐渐增大;通过掺入弃料中<0.3 mm物料,可有效降低风选后成品砂的细度模数。
Sand and gravel aggregates have strict limit on the content of mica,so the mica sorting measures must be effectively taken for machine-made sand.Through the winnowing test,the free mica winnowing test of machine-made sand research is carried out,and the measures are proposed to adjust the fineness modulus of the finished sand after winnowing.The results show that,(a)after winnowing,the free mica content in the finished sand is less than 2%,and the greater the air volume,the lower the free mica content in the finished sand;(b)the fineness modulus of the finished sand after winnowing increases,and with the increase of air volume,the fineness modulus of the finished sand gradually increases;and(c)by mixing the material with the size of less than 0.3 mm in the discarded sorting material,the fineness modulus of the finished sand after winnowing can be effectively reduced.
