摘要
为了确定引起杨凌地区某肉牛场发生犊牛腹泻的病原菌种类和药物的敏感性,采集腹泻犊牛粪便数份,对其进行细菌学分离鉴定、致病性试验和药物敏感性试验分析。结果表明:分离到革兰氏阴性(G-)杆菌3株,其中沙门氏菌1株、致病性大肠埃希氏菌1株、铜绿假单胞菌1株;动物致病性试验表明所分离到的沙门氏菌和大肠埃希氏菌对小白鼠均有较强致病性,对先锋噻肟、先锋必、菌必治、阿米卡星等抗生素敏感。可见,沙门氏菌和大肠埃希氏菌为该牛场发生犊牛腹泻的主要致病菌,药物敏感试验结果对该养殖场犊牛腹泻提供了诊断和治疗依据。
In order to determine the pathogenic bacteria species and drug susceptibility that cause diarrhea of calves from a cattle farm in Yangling area,several diarrhea calf feces samples were collected and analyzed for bacteriological isolation,pathogenicity test and drug susceptibility test.The results showed that 3 strains of Gram-negative(G-)bacillus were isolated,including 1 strain of Salmonella,1 strain of pathogenic Escherichia coli and 1 strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The animal pathogenicity tests showed that the isolated Salmonella and Escherichia coli had strong pathogenicity to mice,and sensitive to the antibiotics,such as Cefotamine,Cefoperazone,Ceftriaxone sodium and Amikacin.These results indicated that Salmonella and Escherichia coli were the main pathogenic bacteria of calf diarrhea in this cattle farm,and the results of drug sensitivity tests provided a basis for diagnosis and treatment of calf diarrhea in this farm.
