摘要
气阀是往复压缩机最易损部件,尤其在气量调节系统工作状态下,阀片断裂、弹簧断裂等故障频繁发生,进而导致压缩机气量调节失败,严重影响企业生产。为了使往复压缩机在部分气阀气量调节失效故障下,能够不停机自动在线调整恢复到接近正常的性能,构建气缸-气阀气量分配模型,提出一种通过气阀气量分布网络收缩重构和负荷再分配的自愈调控方法。利用主动自愈调控手段,完成故障区域快速隔离,组建新的调节域并寻找自愈路径,再通过负荷自适应分配实现机组故障后的自我恢复。介绍气量调节失效故障自愈调控系统的组成,并进行故障自愈调控性能试验。试验结果表明,自愈调控系统可在故障劣化的初期采用主动调控方法抑制故障的发展,在12s内将气量调节失效故障的压力波动调整至许可范围内,实现机组不停机由部分气阀气量调节失效故障状态恢复到正常状态,使故障在线自愈,确保设备的健康运行。
Valves are the most vulnerable components of a reciprocating compressor. Especially under the working condition of the air volume regulating system, valve disc rupture, spring rupture and other faults occur frequently, which leads to the failure of gas regulation of compressor and seriously affects the production of enterprises. In order to make the compressor automatically adjust workloads without stopping the machine to achieve normal performance under flow regulation failure condition, the model of air distribution between cylinder and valves is constructed and a self-healing control method based on shrinkage reconfiguration and load redistribution of valve flow distribution network is proposed. When the failure of partial valve air flow regulation occurs, the self-recovery mechanism is realized by quickly isolating the fault actuators, forming a new control area and then finding a self-healing path to complete load adaptive allocation. The composition of the fault self-healing control system is introduced, and performance test is carried out. The results show that the self-healing control system can restrain the development of faults in the initial stage of faults deterioration and adjust the pressure fluctuation to the permissible range within 12 s. The results demonstrate that the self-healing control method can realize the recovery of compressor from gas regulation failure state without shutdown and the healthy operation of the equipment can be ensured.
