摘要
目的探讨综合护理模式在老年重症红皮病型银屑病合并糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月大连市皮肤病医院收治的80例老年重症红皮病型银屑病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机纸片法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用综合护理模式,比较两组护理前后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、自我护理能力评分情况,比较两组的护理满意度和护理差错率情况。结果两组护理前的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、疾病知识了解、自身病情监测、日常生活能力、饮食自我约束评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于本组护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的疾病知识了解、自身病情监测、日常生活能力、饮食自我约束评分高于本组护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,护理差错率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式在老年重症红皮病型银屑病合并糖尿病患者的应用,可以改善焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪,提高自我护理水平和护理满意度,降低护理差错率。
Objective To approach value of old age severe erythrodermic psoriasis complicated with diabetes by comprehensive nursing model.Methods A total of 80 cases old age severe erythrodermic psoriasis complicated with diabetes patients treated in Dalian Dermatology Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as research objects,which were divided into the control group and the detection group by random slip method,40 cases in each group.The control group was used routine nursing mode,the detection group was used comprehensive nursing model,the anxiety score,depression score,delf-nursing ability score of two group before nursing and after nursing were compared,the nursing satisfaction and nursing error rate of two group were compared.Results The anxiety score,depression score,disease knowledge,self-monitoring,daily living ability,dietary self-regulation score of two group before nursing were compared,the differences were no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,anxiety score,depression score of two group were lower than before nursing in the same group,the detection group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,disease knowledge,elf-monitoring,daily living ability,dietary self-regulation score of two group were higher than before nursing in the same group,the detection group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the detection group was higher than that of the control group,nursing error rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of old age severe erythrodermic psoriasis complicated with diabetes by comprehensive nursing model,which could improve anxiety and depression,increase delf-nursing level and nursing satisfaction,decrease nursing error rate.
