摘要
光线性角化病作为一种癌前病变,对其治疗应做到早期、全面、充分。局部光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)作为光线性角化病的一种治疗方法,能够做到对皮损的定向治疗及区域的定向治疗。PDT目前分为传统PDT(conventional-PDT,c-PDT)、日光-PDT(daylight-PDT,DL-PDT)以及与其他处理方法相结合的联合PDT。而c-PDT根据光源的不同可分为红光、蓝光PDT等,DL-PDT是近年来研发的治疗方法,以日光代替传统的光源,以减少光辐射的不良反应。PDT的治疗效果受皮损的严重程度、照射光源的类型、光敏剂封包的时间、血清维生素D水平等多种因素的影响,同时亦有疼痛、红斑、水疱、结痂等不良反应。
As a precancerous lesion, actinic keratosis should be treated early, comprehensively and adequately. Local photodynamic therapy(PDT), as a treatment method of actinic keratosis, can guide the treatment of lesion-directed and field-directed therapies. PDT is currently divided into conventional photodynamic therapy(c-PDT), daylight photodynamic therapy(DL-PDT) and combined photodynamic therapy combined with other treatment methods. According to the difference of the light sources, c-PDT can be divided into red light, blue light PDT, etc. DL-PDT is a treatment method developed in recent years, which uses sunlight instead of traditional light sources to reduce the adverse effects of light radiation. The therapeutic effect of PDT is affected by many factors, such as the severity of skin lesions, the type of light source, the time of photosensitizer encapsulation, the level of vitamin D in serum and so on. At the same time, PDT may also cause pain, erythema, blisters, scab and other adverse reactions.
