武威地区日光温室黄瓜黄沙栽培适应性研究

Study on Aadaptability of Cucumber Cultivation on Yellow Sand in Solar Greenhouse in Wuwei Corridor

摘要 为筛选适宜武威地区日光温室黄沙栽培的黄瓜品种,以引进的8个黄瓜品种为试材,当地“天美1号”为对照,比较植株的生长性状、光合特性及果实产量性状等差异。结果表明,黄沙栽培下“翠玉”“津研4号”品种的生物学性状指标和光合指标显著高于对照,“DQB”和“DGQ2”的生长指标显著低于对照,其余无显著差异;从产量品质看,“津研4号”和“翠玉”产量优势显著,产量较对照显著增产8.56%和4.24%,其余品种与对照无显著差异。可见,“翠玉”“津研4号”2个品种生长势好、光合能力较强,产量优势显著,口感脆甜,故推荐“翠玉”和“津研4号”2个品种在甘肃武威地区日光温室黄沙栽培种植。 In order to screen cucumber varieties suitable for yellow sand cultivation in solar greenhouse in Wuwei Corridor,the differences in plant growth,disease resistance,leaf photosynthetic characteristics and fruit yield and quality were analyzed by comparing 8 imported cucumber varieties with local variety Tianmei1 as the control.The results showed that the growth indexes and photosynthetic indexes of Cuiyu and Jinyan 4 under yellow sand cultivation were significantly higher than the control,the growth indexes of DQB and DGQ2 were significantly lower than the control,and the other varieties had no significant difference.In terms of yield and quality,the yield advantages of Jinyan4 and Cuiyu were significant,and increased significantly by 8.56%and 4.24%compared with the control,and each of the remaining species was no significant difference.It can be seen that the two varieties of Cuiyu and Jinyan 4 have good growth potential,strong photosynthetic capacity,significant yield advantages,and crisp and sweet taste.Therefore,two varieties of Cuiyu and Jinyan 4 were recommended in Wuwei of Gansu yellow sand cultivation in solar greenhouse.
