摘要
为了实现环保机械零件高效率、高质量清洁除污,笔者设计出了一种新型除污装置,对其内部结构组成和功能进行了相应的分析。仿真结果表明:新型除污装置能够满足多个机械零件同时去污处理,去污过程所用清洁液能够自动过滤净化且循环往复使用,该装置具有高效性、环保性和经济型,有很高的实际应用价值。
In order to achieve high-efficiency and high-quality cleaning and decontamination of environmentally friendly mechanical parts,the author designs a new type of decontamination device,and analyzes its internal structure and functions.The design results show that the new decontamination device can meet the simultaneous decontamination treatment of multiple mechanical parts,and the cleaning liquid used in the decontamination process can be filtered and purified automatically and used cyclically.The device is highly efficient,environmentally friendly and economical,and has high practical application value.
