摘要 为了制备新型可用于激光熔覆的高熵合金粉末,使用Al、Fe、Ni、Si、Ti单质元素粉末,采用机械合金化的方法成功地制备出了AlFeNiSiTi非晶高熵合金粉末,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、带能谱的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、震动样品磁强计、热分析仪、真空管式炉以及显微硬度计等对合金粉末进行了分析。研究发现,随着球磨时间的增加,粉末平均粒径先增大后减小,粉末硬度显著增加。在球磨时间达到220 h时形成了完全非晶态的高熵合金粉末,粉末粒径达到3μm左右,粉末具有较强的机械稳定性和成分均匀性。制备的非晶高熵合金粉末为一种软磁材料,矫顽力为0.038 emu/g(1emu/g=1 Am^(2)/kg),晶化温度为720℃左右,熔点在1350-1400℃,最大硬度值为126 HV。 High entropy alloy coatings have been developed rapidly in recent years.In order to prepare new high entropy alloy powders that can be used for laser cladding,Al,Fe,Ni,Si and Ti elemental powders are used to successfully prepare AlFeNiSiTi amorphous high entropy alloy powder by mechanical alloying.The alloy powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)with energy spectrum,vibration sample magnetometer,thermal analyser,vacuum tube furnace and microhardness tester.It was found that with the increase of grinding time,the average particle size of powder first increased and then decreased,and the hardness of powder increased significantly.When the ball grinding time reaches 220 h,a completely amorphous high-entropy alloy powder is formed,and the particle size reaches about 3μm.The powder has favourable mechanical stability and component uniformity.The amorphous high-entropy alloy powder prepared is a soft magnetic material with coerce force of 0.038 emu/g(1 emu/g=1 Am^(2)/kg).The crystallization temperature of the powder is about 720℃,the melting point is between 1350—1400℃,and the maximum hardness is 126 HV.
