摘要
目的探讨以PERMA为基础心理护理对白血病患者心理痛苦的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月间青岛大学附属青岛市中心医院收治的82例白血病患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组患者采用传统心理护理模式进行心理护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上行以PERMA为基础的心理护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后心理痛苦情况、负性情绪和积极心理资本问卷各维度情况。结果干预后,两组患者心理痛苦评分均降低,且观察组降低更多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者焦虑、抑郁水平均降低,且观察组改善更多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的自我效能、韧性、希望和乐观等积极心理资本问卷各维度评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论以PERMA为基础对白血病患者进行心理护理,能够改善患者心理痛苦情况,降低焦虑抑郁等负性情绪,提高积极心理资本,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of PERMA based psychological care on psychological distress in leukemia patients.Methods Eighty-two leukemia patients treated at Qingdao Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University were selected from January 2020 to December 2020,and the random number table method is used to divide the patients into an observation and a control group with 41 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given PERMA based psychological care besides conventional psychological nursing and the control group was only given conventional psychological nursing.Psychological distress,negative emotions,and positive psychological capital scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the psychological distress scores were decreased in the two groups,and the reduction was more significantly in observation group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,anxiety and depression levels were decreased in the two groups,and the reduction was more significantly in the observation group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,scores for all dimensions of positive psychological capital questionnaire,such as self-efficacy,resilience,hope,and optimism were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care based on PERMA can significantly improve patients'psychological distress,reduce patients'anxiety and depression and other negative emotions,and increase patients'positive psychological capital in patients with leukemia.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
