摘要
对天然气分布式发电项目脱硝系统整体工艺方式进行系统地阐述,分析天然气分布式项目脱硝过程中的关键影响因素,以广州某天然气分布式项目作为典型案例进行介绍,着重分析该项目脱硝系统。采用SCR脱硝工艺进行NO_(x)脱除,工艺整体效果良好,能够很好地起到控制NO_(x)排放作用,同时也为天然气分布式项目脱硝工艺路线进行初步探索,为同类型项目的系统设计与优化提供参考。
In this paper, the natural gas distributed project denitration system process is systematically described, and combined with the actual situation of the natural gas distributed project denitration key factors are analyzed. A natural gas distributed project in Guangzhou as a typical case is introduced. The denitration system of the project is analyzed emphatically, the project uses SCR denitration process for NO_(x)removal, the overall effect of denitration process is good which can play a great role. At the same time, it also makes a preliminary exploration for the denitration process route of natural gas distributed projects, and provides a reference for the system design and optimization of similar projects.
