摘要
研究探索植物乳杆菌ND14对水环境镉暴露和饵料镉暴露黄河鲤的生长性能和镉蓄积的影响。选择120尾、体重(34.98±1.02) g的黄河鲤,随机分为6组,每组2个重复,每个重复10尾。分别为对照组、L.ND14组、水镉暴露组、水镉暴露+L.ND14组、给镉组、给镉+L.ND14组。水暴露镉浓度为1 mg/L,饲喂镉浓度为1 mg/kg,饵料中添加的植物乳杆菌ND14浓度为1×10^(8)CFU/g。试验期6 w。结果显示,植物乳杆菌ND14可以显著提高饲料摄入镉和水环境镉暴露黄河鲤生长速率和体重(P<0.05),显著降低饲料系数(FCR)和死亡率(P<0.05)。镉暴露使黄河鲤体内镉的蓄积量增加,组织中镉的优先积累次序为肝脏、肾脏、肠道和肌肉、鳃,植物乳杆菌ND14可以显著降低肾脏、肝脏、肌肉和鳃中的镉蓄积量,显著增加肠道镉含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,植物乳杆菌ND14可以用于预防水环境或饲料镉暴露在水产养殖方面的食品安全问题。
The experiment studied the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum ND14 on growth performance and cadmium accumulation of Yellow River carp exposed to cadmium in water environment and cadmium in feed were investigated. 120(34.98±1.02) g Yellow River carps were selected and randomly divided into six groups, with two replicates in each group and ten carps in each replicate. The groups were control group, L.ND14 group, water cadmium exposure group, water cadmium exposure+L. ND14 group, cadmium giving group and cadmium giving cadmium+L. ND14 group. The water exposure cadmium concentration was 1 mg/L, the feeding cadmium concentration was 1 mg/kg, and the concentration of Lactobacillus plantarum ND14 added to the diet was 1×10^(8) CFU/g. The trial period was 6 w. The results showed that Lactobacillus plantanum ND14 could significantly increased the growth rate and body weight(P<0.05), and significantly reduced the feed conversion rate(FCR) and death rate of Yellow River carp exposed to cadmium in feed and water environment(P<0.05). The cadmium exposure increased the accumulation of cadmium in Yellow River carp. The priority of accumulation of cadmium in tissues was liver, kidney, gut and muscle, gill. The Lactobacillus plantanum ND14 could significantly reduced the accumulation of cadmium in kidney, liver, muscle and gill, and increased the content of cadmium in gut(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the Lactobacillus plantalum ND14 can prevent the food safety issues with cadmium exposure of water or feed cadmium in aquaculture.
