高精料日粮对牦牛瘤胃体外发酵的研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验利用体外产气法探讨高精料日粮对牦牛瘤胃发酵情况的影响。选取12头健康、体况相近的牦牛采集瘤胃液,分为试验组和对照组,分别饲喂高精料日粮和低精料日粮,配以不同精粗比的发酵底物。试验组包括A1组(30∶70)、A2组(50∶50)、A3组(70∶30),对照组包括B1组(30∶70)、B2组(50∶50)和B3组(70∶30)。预试期15 d,正式试验期45 d。结果显示,B3组的48 h产气量(GP)显著高于A1组和B1组(P<0.05)。A3组体外发酵48 h的产气速率显著低于A1、A2组(P<0.05)。B3组的体外干物质降解率(IVDMD)最高,极显著高于A1、A3、B1组(P<0.01),A1组最低。A3组、B1组发酵液氨氮(NH3-N)含量显著高于A1组(P<0.05)。B3组总挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量极显著低于A2组(P<0.01),A1组和A3组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,饲喂高精料日粮会抑制牦牛的瘤胃发酵。 In the experiment, the effect of high concentrate diet on rumen fermentation of yaks were studied by in vitro gas production method. Twelve healthy yaks with similar body condition were selected for collection of rumen juice. The experiment was divided into experimental group and control group. The yaks were fed with high concentrate and low concentrate and with different concentrate to forage ratio fermentation substrates. The experimental groups were group A1(30∶70), group A2(50∶50) and group A3(70∶30). The control groups were group B1(30∶70), group B2(50∶50)and group B3(70∶30). The pre-test period lasted for 15 d, and the formal test period lasted for 45 d. The results showed that the 48 h GP of group B3 was significantly higher than that of group A1 and group B1(P<0.05). The gas production rate of group A3 after 48 hours of in vitro fermentation was significantly lower than that of group A1 and group A2(P<0.05). The in vitro dry matter degradation rate(IVDMD) of group B3 was the highest, which was extremely higher than that of group A1, group A3 and group B1(P<0.01), and the group A1 was the lowest. The concent of NH3-N in group A3 and group B1 was significantly higher than that in group A1(P<0.05). The total VFA content in group B3 was extremely lower than that in group A2(P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between group A1 and group A3(P>0.05). The experiment indicates that feeding high concentrate diet could inhibit rumen fermentation of yaks.
