摘要
目的观察温肾活血方联合甲状腺素钠片(优甲乐)治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退(简称亚临床甲减)引起月经过少的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2019年10月在北京中医药大学第三附属医院妇科门诊符合纳入标准的患者68例,随机分为试验组及对照组。对照组给予优甲乐治疗,试验组予优甲乐联合温肾活血方治疗,对两组患者治疗前及治疗后3个月中医症候评分、月经量、子宫内膜血流、甲状腺激素水平等情况进行统计分析。结果试验组患者总有效率为88.6%,随访3个月后有5例妊娠,对照组患者总有效率为60.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在增加子宫内膜厚度,降低TSH水平等方面较对照组疗效明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优甲乐联合温肾活血方可有效改善子宫亚临床甲减型月经过少患者的临床症状、增加月经量、改善内膜血流指标,降低TSH水平,较单独口服优甲乐临床疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Huoxue Prescription combined with sodium Thyroxine Sodium Tablets(Euthyrox)in the treatment of hypomenorrhea caused by subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods 68 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the gynecological outpatient department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with Euthyrox,and the experimental group was treated with Euthyrox combined with Wenshen Huoxue Prescription.The TCM symptom score,menstrual volume,endometrial blood flow and thyroid hormone level of the two groups were statistically analyzed before and 3 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%,and there were 5 cases of pregnancy after 3 months of follow-up,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.6%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In addition,the treatment group was more effective than the control group in increasing endometrial thickness and reducing TSH level(P<0.05).Conclusion Euthyrox combined with Wenshen Huoxue Prescription for more than 3 months can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of subclinical hypothyroid hypomenorrhea patients,increase menstrual volume,improve endometrial blood flow index,and reduce TSH level,which was better than oral Euthyrox alone.The clinical effect of Euthyrox was remarkable.
