摘要
以纠偏对CRTSII型板式无砟轨道结构影响程度为研究目标,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立无砟轨道结构力学分析模型,通过实测结果对模型的可靠性进行验证,分析单点顶推纠偏、多点顶推联合纠偏对CRTSII型板式无砟轨道结构各层受力与变形的影响。研究结果表明:1)纠偏范围从12 m变化至60 m时,单点顶推单次最大纠偏量由0.19 mm增加至1.34 mm;2)纠偏范围为60 m时,纠偏温降从0℃变化至−40℃,则单点顶推单次最大纠偏量由1.34 mm增加至2.12 mm,单点顶推临界最大温降幅度为−4.4℃,对应最大纠偏量为1.44 mm;3)多点顶推联合纠偏时,随着顶推间距由2 m增加至3 m,轨道板、CA砂浆和支承层的纠偏量分别减少1.25%,1.28%和1.32%,而轨道板和支承层的拉应变分别减少8.72%和12.14%,顶推间距3 m时轨道结构受力更有利。
This paper tookthe influence of rectification on CRTSII slab ballastless track structure as the research objective.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a ballastless track structure mechanics analysis model.The reliability of the model was verified through the actual measurement results,and the influence of single-point push and multipoint incremental launching on the force and deformation of each layer of CRTSII slab ballastless track structure were analyzed.The results show that:1)When the change of rectification distance is from 12 m to 60 m,the maximum rectification for a single point push increases from 0.19 mm to 1.34 mm;2)When the rectification distance is 60 m,the rectification temperature drop changes from 0℃to-40℃,and the maximum rectification for a single point push is increased from 1.34 mm to 2.12 mm.The critical maximum temperature drop of incremental launching is-4.4℃,corresponding to the maximum rectification of1.44 mm;3)As the distance of multipoint incremental launching increases from 2 m to 3 m,the maximum rectification of the track slab,CA mortar and support are reduced by 1.25%,1.28%and 1.32%,respectively,while the tensile strain of the track slab and the support are reduced by 8.72%and 12.14%,respectively.When the incremental launching distance is 3 m,the track structure is more favorable.
