立德树人视域下体育课程思政教学改革的价值引领、现实问题与实践路径 被引量:26

Value Guidance, Realistic Problems and Practice Paths to the Ideological and Political Teaching Reform of Physical Education Curriculum from the perspective of Morality Education

摘要 采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查等方法,对立德树人视域下体育课程思政教学改革的价值引领、现实问题、实践路径进行了系统研究。结论:以立德树人为根本的体育课程思政教学改革,是加快推进建设教育强国和体育强国的战略需要、全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的时代需要、完善体育“以体育智、以体育心”功能的育人需要、优化体育课程体系的高质量内涵需要,但在教学改革进程中仍存在体育教师课程思政理论基础薄弱、体育课程思政元素挖掘不足、教师教学评价体系缺少思政教育标准、学生量化考核缺少思政评价标准等现实问题。在此基础上提出体育课程思政教学改革实践路径:着重提升体育教师队伍课程思政素养、深入挖掘体育课程思政元素和思政案例、构建体育课程思政教学改革组织机制、完善体育教师教学评价与学生量化标准中的思政教育标准、健全体育课程思政综合评价机制与联动机制。 Using literature,expert interviews and field surveys,a systematic study was conducted on the value guidance,realistic problems and practical paths of the reform of thinking and teaching of physical education courses under the perspective of establishing moral education.The conclusions include that the reform of the teaching of the philosophy and politics of the physical education curriculum,which is based on moral education,is a strategic need to speed up the construction of a strong country in education and sports,a need of the times to comprehensively strengthen and improve the work of school sports in the new era,a need to improve the function of sports,and a need to optimise the high-quality connotation of the physical education curriculum system.However,in the process of teaching reform,there are still real problems such as the weak theoretical foundation of physical education teachers'courses on thinking and politics,the insufficient exploration of thinking and politics elements in physical education courses,the lack of thinking and politics education standards in teachers'teaching evaluation system,and the lack of thinking and politics evaluation standards in students'quantitative assessment.On this basis,the following practical paths are proposed for the reform of the teaching of thinking and politics in physical education courses,focusing on improving the thinking and politics literacy of the physical education teachers'team in the courses,digging deeper into the thinking and politics elements and thinking and politics cases in physical education courses,constructing an organizational mechanism for the reform of the teaching of thinking and politics in physical education courses,improving the criteria for thinking and politics education in the teaching evaluation of physical education teachers and quantitative standards of students,and improving the comprehensive evaluation mechanism and linkage mechanism of thinking and politics in physical education courses.
