摘要
目的探究针对慢性乙型肝炎,应用恩替卡韦进行临床治疗的效果分析。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月济南市章丘区人民医院感染科接诊的96例慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用恩替卡韦治疗。讨论并分析两组患者的肝功能指标、炎性因子指标、临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗后的各项肝功能指标均低于本组治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的各项炎性因子指标均低于本组治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦针对慢性乙型肝炎患者,有效降低其体内炎性反应的同时加速促进肝功能指标的恢复,效果显著的同时具备更强的药物安全性,具有十分重要的医学价值,值得临床积极采纳并加以推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment efficacy of entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to the department of infectious disease of Zhangqiu District People's Hospital in Jinan City from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment scheme,they were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with entecavir.The hepatic function indices,inflammatory factor indices,clinical efficacy and incidence of complications in the two groups of patients were discussed and analyzed.Results After treatment,all hepatic function indices in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,all inflammatory factor indices in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).All total effective rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction in patients with chronic hepatitis B and accelerate the recovery of hepatic function indices.It has significant efficacy and stronger drug safety,and has very important medical value,which is worthy of active clinical adoption and promotion.
