Effects of electroacupuncture on neurological function and angiogenesis-related factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探究电针对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血管新生相关因子的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月佛山市中医院脑病科收治的74例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将患者随机分为两组,每组各37例。其中,对照组采用西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用电针治疗,治疗14 d,观察两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后神经功能评分(NIHSS)、血管新生相关因子水平变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.59%,显著高于对照组的78.38%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NIHSS评分、血管新生相关因子[血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),血管生成素Ⅱ(Ang-2),碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)]水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,VEGF、Ang-2、bFGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,能够显著改善患者的神经功能,这可能与调节血管新生相关因子含量有关。 Objective To probe into the effects of electroacupuncture on neurological function and angiogenesis-related factors in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to sortition randomization method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for 14 d.The total effective rate of treatment,neurological function scores(NIHSS)before and after treatment and changes in levels of angiogenesis-related factors in both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than 78.38%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in NIHSS scores and levels of angiogenesis-related factors(serum vascular endothelial growth factor[VEGF],angiopoietinⅡ[Ang-2],and basic fibroblast growth factor[bFGF])between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the levels of VEGF,Ang-2,and bFGF of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction and can significantly improve the neurological function of patients,which may be related to the regulation of the content of angiog enesis-related factors.
